Shipping
Most products ship within three business days (M-F) of being ordered unless otherwise noted. Delivery time depends on the recipient's location. Please allow 2-3 weeks for personalized items and 4-6 weeks for photo handbags to arrive. Please note that we are currently not shipping outside the United States and Canada. Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will incur higher shipping rates. Please email us at customerservice@justformamaandme.com for a price quote. All other shipping prices are below.

Expedited Delivery
At Just For Mama and Me, we know that sometimes gifts need to be expedited in order to arrive for a certain occasion on time. We will do everything we can to help you with this request. If you would like a certain shipment expedited, please email us at customerservice@justformamaandme.com and we will try our best to work with you. Because some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery.
Returns
At Just for Mama and Me we are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days from the receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Custom, personalized, and monogrammed items are not returnable. This includes all photo bags. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to ensure we have products available for our customers. If you order an item that becomes backordered, we will notify you immediately via e-mail.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders at this time. All credit cards are processed through a secure server.
Sales Tax
Just For Mama and Me collects 6.5% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of South Carolina. This will be added at the time of check out.

The information you provide to us will be used solely by us to complete your orders.
We will not share your information with other companies or third-party resellers.
